Every order is carefully packed and shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way. Estimated delivery is typically 10–20 days, and you'll always see the latest estimate at checkout.

30-day returns

If your bowl isn't right for you, return it within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Just reach out through our Contact page and we'll make it simple.

Arrived damaged?

Ceramic occasionally meets a rough courier. If your piece arrives chipped or cracked, send us a photo and we'll replace it right away — no need to send the broken one back.
