Our 30-day guarantee
Every order is packed carefully and shipped with tracking. If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, email a photo to hi@stoneward.store within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. There's nothing to ship back.
Orders ship directly from overseas, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns. But if anything is wrong with what arrives, we'll always make it right.
How to make a claim
Email hi@stoneward.store with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund quickly.
