Welcome to Stoneward. By browsing or buying from stoneward.store, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Each piece is fired stoneware or ceramic finished in a reactive glaze, so color and pattern vary from piece to piece and from the product photos. We describe every item as accurately as we can.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct errors, update product information, or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a listing contained a mistake. We ship across the United States, and delivery usually takes 10 to 20 days.

Returns and guarantee

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email a photo to hi@stoneward.store within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. We don't accept change-of-mind returns. See our Refund policy for the full details.

Limitation of liability

Our pieces are sold as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stoneward is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or this website.
